FOCUS: Leaders are determined to move toward a difficult climax.

FOCUS: Leaders are determined to move toward a difficult climax.

Even though some leaders see the end coming, “they set out with determination toward their goal.” Her focus can be seen in her face and in the arrangements made to expedite her journey. Nevertheless, they never lose sight of the big picture.

An example of someone who was determined not to give up on his path was Mahatma Gandhi. Even though he was aware of the danger, he continued his journey to make a strong statement for freedom and justice. Likewise Martin Luther King Jr.

Another example was the steadfast Socrates and his willingness to stand up for his ideals, and his wisdom achieved immortality over the centuries.

But it is not always the well-known leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Gani, King or Socrates who approach difficult climaxes; We also know mothers who have children and are strong and determined to give birth to their children, they are not deterred, not distracted and are focused: People who are determined to keep a promise also have this focus and this unwavering, even if the price to pay is higher than you thought…

“Leaders are determined to achieve their ultimate goal.”

To think about:

  • Have I found my path that I follow unwaveringly, no matter what happens?
  • Can I call this goal by its name?
  • Am I getting distracted? Do I give up when things get difficult?
  • How strong is my focus, on my path, on a scale of 1-10 (10=Top)

English:

FOCUS: Leaders are Determined to Approach Toward a Difficult Climax.

Although some leaders see the end coming, “they set out firmly on the path to their goal.” Their focus is visible in their faces and in the preparations to expedite their journey. However, they never lose sight of the big picture.

An example of someone who steadfastly did not give up their path was Mahatma Gandhi. Although he was aware of the danger, he continued his path to make a strong statement for freedom and justice. Similarly, Martin Luther King Jr..

Another example was the unwavering Socrates and his willingness to stand up for his ideals, thus immortalizing his wisdom for centuries.

However, it’s not always the well-known leaders like Nelson Mandela, Gandhi, King, or Socrates who approach difficult peaks; we also know mothers who give birth and are strong and firmly determined to bring their children into the world. They do not waver, they are not distracted, and they are focused. Also, people who are determined to keep a promise have this focus and steadfastness, even if the price is higher than they thought.

“Leaders are determined to achieve their ultimate goal.”

Food for thought:

  • Have I found my path that I steadfastly follow, no matter what happens?
  • Can I name this goal?
  • Am I distracted? Do I give up when it gets difficult?
  • How strong is my focus on my path, on a scale of 1-10 (10=top)?
